Meet Our Board

Board of Directors:

Tim Needham

Tim has been working in the non-profit sector now for over 15 years. He is passionate about seeing youth and young adults reach their full potential. Tim is a United States Navy veteran, and served two deployments during the Iraq War. After leaving the service, he went back to school and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. From 2004 to 2011 he served as a youth pastor South Side Church of God, and Southwest Christian Church. In 2011, Tim went to work for a street outreach program at Epworth Children and Family Services, and that is where he developed a keen eye on the needs of homeless and at-risk youth here in St. Louis.

Tim is an avid supporter of various charities across the United States, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and has served on the Board of Directors for Living Faith Christian Academy. He has also previously served as a high school basketball coach.

In his spare, Tim loves to fly fish (when he has time) and is a BBQ aficionado. The perfect day for him as sitting in the backyard on a lawn chair with his two boys, Caleb and Peter, with his beautiful wife Emily, and smoking a pork shoulder in his smoker.
